Why does my songbird-window keep popping-up in front of my other windows when a new song starts playing?

hey guys i t got this wicked aero feather thingy installed, but now every single time a new song starts playing my songbird-window pops up in front of my other windows. And that is rather annoying if i'm working on something. Can someone please tell me how i can stop this problem from happening.
