Why songbird has low song quality if compared to winamp ?
Why sound quality in mp3 playback is lower in soundbird if compared to winamp ? Playing the same mp3s does not result in the same audio quality. Soundbird one's are always lower.

Whilst Songbird 1.2 doesn't have presets built in, it does have an equalizer built in.
Geekshadow has developed an extension known as "Equalizer presets":

However, keep in mind, you are best off developing your own presets, as music is subjective, and headphones vary. And be aware that presets often doesn't improve the music quality and many people sometimes actually prefer inaccurate playback of their music....
Either way, the functionality is there with an extension in 1.2 :D
