why is the WMA install button grayed out so I cannot install the add-on?

Inappropriate?If an add-on's install button is grayed out, it is either incompatible with your OS, or your version of Songbird. If it's the former, you're out of luck. If it's the latter, you'll have to wait until the author updates their add-on to be compatible with your version of Songbird.
There is a way to ignore version compatibility; I'm sure someone will be along shortly to explain how to do that.

Inappropriate?I am using Ubuntu 9.04. I would have thought, since Songbird is compatible with Linux, then the WMA add-on should be also. That would make sense to me.

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, some add-ons are OS specific. Looks like that's the case with the WMA add-on, as the people who commented seem to be saying the same thing. Ideally, all add-ons would be compatible with everything, but we can't control the add-on developers.
