WMV File Data
I just ripped all of CDs as WMV files using WMP and in WMP all the tags came up but when I imported the files into songbird no tags just showed up only the file names. I used a program called Tag&Rename to edit the tags and imported the files again but still nothing. The tags worked with Mp3 files but it seems not with WMV (I do have the Windows Media Player add-on).

Inappropriate?Well, wmv are video files, it stands for windows media video.
If you want to rip music you should use wma which is windows media audio, or another conversion method like mp3.
At this moment songbird doesn't officially support video yet, so I think that might be the problem.
