Your NTFS watch folder is no longer available on linux

I have Windows Vista and Ubuntu 9.04 installed, I use Songbird on both operating systems. I have my music on an NTFS partition, which Linux sees and uses, but songbird can't use it as a watch folder after restarting Linux (it gives me an error message). I triied automounting that partition, but it still doesn't work. Any idea?
