Didn't receive email notification for upcoming concerts

Hello there,

I like songkick very much. And i'm a big fan of John Mayer and Snow Patrol (and ofcours a lot more). But, i didn't get some 'kicks' in my email of John Mayer and Snow Patrol. They are sold out in any minutes so a 'kick' would be great. Snow Patrol hava a concert in may en june in Amsterdam, Netherlands, you can find it at songkick.com. I follow them at songkick, but never get the mail... :(

Other artists i get the alert right on time, but artists wich i listen a lot i didn't get that important kick. John Mayer is my number one at last.fm but never get a kick (and he has 4 concert in the Netherlands upcoming). Same story at Snow Patrol. How is that possible?!

    Hey Stevie,

    Happy to hear you're liking the site :)

    It looks like the reason you didn't receive an email about Snow Patrol and John Mayer is because you're not tracking the Amsterdam metro area where those shows are taking place!



    You can start tracking Amsterdam by going to the metro area tab on your Tracker and searching for it on the right hand side.

    Let me know if you have any other questions about tracking and email notifications.
