I've installed and run the Songkicker but no artists have been added to my tracker - why not?
Hi, I just downloaded songkick, i think the concept is nice.
HOWEVER, sonkick plugin for itunes scaned my music and nothing happened, I have about 800 songs and 300 international artists in my itunes library, and nothing was synced with my songkick account!! What is the point of scanning my music on itunes if it doesnt sync automatically and look for concerts taking place around me????
Im sure there is something i didnt get, thats why im just asking you to help me here please!

Thanks for your message, and I'm sorry that the Songkicker's not working for you! It looks like you found a bug. I know you probably did all this, but just in case, this is what should be happening for you:
1. Download the Songkicker, and go through the installation process. (http://www.songkick.com/downloads)
2. Open your music player (iTunes, WinAmp, Windows Media Player)
3. Click "start" when the "Welcome to the Songkicker" window pops up upon opening your music player. Within the window, it should go through 4 steps, until it gives you a "Congratulations!" message.
Which step did it fail on, or, did it finish successfully? We're looking into the problem, and thanks again for being so patient while we sort this out.

Inappropriate?Hey Jacques just wanted to let you know that this issue with the Songkicker has been resolved! Your tracker should now have all your artists from iTunes - but let me know if you experience any further problems.
