Where are my tickets?
I ordered tickets for an Ellie Goulding concert in Cardiff on 13/11/ 2010 online with Songkick on 27/05/10. Paid by Mastercard who confirmed payment of £35.25 was taken on 28/05/10 under description " Tickets ". However I have not had any acknowledgement of the order by e mail etc. Please get in touch or send e mail to confirm. My mobile no. is 07816824759.Thanks

Songkick is an aggregator of concert listings, which means we don't sell tickets directly - we index events from a wide variety of sources and provide links to buy tickets. Once you click to buy tickets you're no longer on Songkick! So you need to get in touch with the ticket vendor from whom you purchased them in order to confirm your order.
Looking at the concert page (the Cardiff concert is on the 12/11/2010, not 13/11/2010), the following ticket vendors are listed:
Crowdsurge: http://www.crowdsurge.com
See: http://www.seetickets.com
Ticketweb: http://www.ticketweb.co.uk/

feeling stupid
I ordered three tickets to the envy on the coast concert a couple weeks ago. However, I realized that I put in the wrong email address to receive the confirmation email. I was wondering if there was a way that I could get it resent to my actual address? Thanks for any help.

anxious and nervous
my problem is that i know i purchased sub culture tickets earlier this week (a pair) then again at the end of the month ( a single) and all i see is one charge. nothing has arried yet and im worried because there is no confirmation email nor a place to check what tickets i have bought...
how am i suppose to know if there was a problem or not? or if visa is just taking too long in posting the charge.
can u please help me firgure out if im short tickets now?
otherwise i need to buy more asap if something has gone wrong.

Very upset and angry!
Ticket web sent my tickets for Hatcham Social's gig a day AFTER the event! :( So u pay extra for postage of tickets that never arrive and u end up wishing u ticked 'Box office collection'.
