Users should be able to contribute a tour name for a given concert date.

Users should be able to contribute a tour name for a given concert date. For example, I went to see Lady Gaga on Monday. Everything's "The Monster Ball"-this and "The Monster Ball"-that. But on Songkick, I can only say it was Lady Gaga on Monday, August 23, at Rogers Arena.

If in 5 years I was to go back to add concerts I'd seen, I'd be much more likely to differentiate between possible concerts I attended if the tour name was included to help me.

Better still, it would be handy to be able to upload images of the tour logo, or tour T-shirts, or ticket stub images, etc., so that other users (?) or Songkick mods (?) could "scrape" good info from them. One good tour T-shirt photo could help fill in dozens of dates for a given artist's past tour...

    Hey there,

    Thanks for getting in touch :)

    Although right now it's not possible to search by tour names, you can add this info to the concert listing. As a logged in user, just click on 'edit concert':



    And then add the tour name:



    It'll then show up under 'Additional details' on the concert page.

    Once a concert has passed, you can add photos, posters and videos!



    So you can upload images of t-shirts, tour logos, ticket stubs and more just by clicking on 'add photo' (as a logged in user).
