Viagogo and other reseller links should be removed

Hi

Ticket resellers like seatwave and viagogo really really piss me off. I really think you should take their links down. It encourages them. They're basically touts stopping fans getting tickets for face value. If you sorted out a connection with scarletmist instead it would do a lot more for your kudos. sorry - just ranting cos i'm pissed off i have to pay double for something to get a ticket.

    I can see you've already posted your thoughts on this in the other thread about resellers so I won't repeat everything that's said in there! But just want to reiterate that it is something we're taking seriously and will be reviewing soon.

    We're in the middle of a really busy period right now, but rest assured this is something that's concerning us, so we will figure out a way to address it as soon as we can.
