Inappropriate?Hey there,
Really sorry about that - we're aware there's some ongoing issues with the Songkicker and are actually working on a brand new version of it right now to make it more reliable and user-friendly.
In the meantime, you can uninstall the Songkicker if you want by doing the following:
Close iTunes, then delete the "iTunesSongkickPlugin.bundle" file. Depending on your version of iTunes, it can be in either of two places:
Library > iTunes > iTunes Plug-ins
user > Library > iTunes > iTunes Plug-ins
The pop-up should then no longer appear.
Let me know if you have any problems with this.
Thanks,
Emily. -
Inappropriate?Hey there,
Just wanted to let you know that we launched the new version of the Songkicker today, it's a stand-alone application now (rather than a plug-in) so you should find it a lot more reliable. It'd be great if you could give it a go and let us know how you find it.
It's available on your Tracker:
www.songkick.com/tracker
(towards the bottom of the page)

We're still on the look out for any usability issues/bugs that might have slipped through so let us know if you think you've spotted anything :)
Cheers!
Emily.
