Finding some chillout music!

I'm searching for a band like Kruder & Dorfmeister, which has a black vocalist.. who is probably high on some songs like "Bomberclaad". I want to find songs like that. I want to both chill out and have fun with the music. Like a mixture of vocals of "Because I Got High" and the chilled-out music of by Moby. I would really appreciate anyone's help.
