Inappropriate?Why don't you try Anywhere.fm (http://anywhere.fm)? You can upload songs from your pc through a light app, although the site per se is all about flash (that might slow down your machine), but you can have your entire music collection and play it right there. That might work for you.

Or, in the meantime, you can upload your songs/videos to YouTube and Skreemr -- they are both sources which Songza derives it's content from. Any songs which are added to those sources will automatically appear in our search.

'In the meantime', for uploading your own songs you're trying to promote, there's SoundLantern, though there;s not much exposure. They do have embedability though, and you can embed right into the profile details of your 'MySpace' or other site. There are places like 'GarageBand' and "IndaMusic' and "NewsGrounds" too. Utube sound is Not in stereo, so I would suggest not using them for that, though some other sites are, if you can make a video (maybe a simple slideshow) to go along with the song. -
