Recently, I signed up for a websiste hosted by Sonic.net. I know nothing about adding content to the site. Are there any support services geared toward helping a novice set up a site? Thank you.

Inappropriate?Yes, Sonic.net has a slick one-click installer for Wordpress. Wordpress is a flexible blogging system that allows you to build a site, customize it's look, add extensions (called plug-ins), etc.
