Address book email all deleted

Almost the same thing for me, except that Soocial prompted me first because of the large number of contacts it wanted to change in AB. I checked the before-after shots and realized that it wanted to delete emails and phone numbers, so I canceled the sync.

Thanks for your reply. I did notice that the contacts were indeed intact on the soocial server so I wasn't too worried. Interesting, though, that the sync to AB did not carry email/phone info that is clearly on the soocial server.

I've just encountered exactly the same problem. I want my contacts' emails back to my Address Book asap, and no duplications in my Soocial contacts. So, come on, Bart.

I've got the same problem! My contacts suddenly jumped from around 114 entries to about 180. I manually edited my Addressbook on one of my computers, reset the Soocial webapp, synced again and everything looked fine.

However... when I let Soocial automatically synch my computers, it screws up almost all contacts by duplicating e-mailaddresses and phone-numbers.

I've come to the point that I (hopefully only temporarily) disabled Soocial sync on all of my macs.

I love Soocial - but this sucks big time!

Some more information, if this helps:

I've been using the product for weeks, and all of a sudden today it synced with my Address Book and just decided to delete the contact information for most of my contacts. It's kept the contacts, but just deleted all of their information. Their info is still in Gmail and in Soocial.. just not my address book.

looks like some of it is fixed... i just got 8 contacts of mine synced back with emails in them

Interestingly, Soocial still wants to update my AB contacts but the information is virtually identical. Looks to be some category changes (the "country" category looks different) and the text in the "before" version is blue but the Soocial data isn't. Not sure why.

Guys, could you give us some more information? I'm growing exceedingly tired of having no access (except through a clumsy web interface) to all of my information. I've already missed one birthday because of it, and it's a big pain in my butt with day-to-day information management. I'm trying to hold out and give you guys the benefit of the doubt, but this is really unacceptable.
