AHHHH!!!!! Soocial Blew up my Outlook Contacts!!
After Soocial's sync attempts today, my Outlook Contact list has been reduced to about 5% of the contacts it once had, and now it will not Sync with Soocial.
I have uninstalled the app. Deleted the folder in my applications folder. Rebooted. Reinstalled the app, tried about 10 times to sync. The status bar goes all the way to the end, but no syncing occurs. The website says my last Sync on that account was back on October 9.
The status page continues to say "Never" for the last update.

Inappropriate?I found copies of my settings.xml and contact.db in my recycle bin, should Restore them? -

sorry for the hassle! What happens on your sync is that the Soocial client send all the Outlook contacts to Soocial and then Soocial starts to send the Soocial contacts back. But then the client does not want to receive the contacts. It seems like the client can't access your contacts database to write to. Not sure what could be causing that.
Most of the times we see this kind of behavior is when there is not a standard Outlook set up. Often exchange is in the loop. The client is not smart enough yet to give proper feedback about what goes wrong.
Are you missing contacts now on Outlook? Don't have a backup? We can at least help you to get your contacts back! -
Inappropriate?Yes, it's an exchange server. Crazy cause it was working like a champion, up until October 9th..... Heartbreaking, I was really really excited about this service, cause it was the first thing in a year that was able to sync my work Outlook and Gmail contacts....
