Alphabetical organisations contacts
Some of my contacts are only a companyname, thus the firstname field and the lastname field are empty. The field organisations is used for the company name.
On my phone and in Gmail this name shows under the alphbetical listing. In soocial they are showed before the A.
E.g. I have a phonenumber stored in my phone; Omnibus (field company) and then phonenumber.
In my phone I go to the lettre O and there I find; Omnibus.
When I sync with soocial, this contact is not listed under the letter O but it show in an other listing before the A (I hope you can still follow it).
I would like to see that if the first name and lastname field is empty that the contact wil be stored alphabeticaly under organisation name.

Inappropriate?Ditto. I store a lot of frequently called businesses, and right now they all sort to the top. However, I've also noticed that this happens with anyone without a last name.
I’m in love with Soocial, but it would be nice...

Inappropriate?Hey Guys,
We know. We will be offering different ways of sorting in the next version of the Webapp... We want to have that ready soon.
I’m amused

Yes, you're right. This should have been the default already. Since it was easy to fix, I just did.
(It's not deployed to the servers yet, it will be soon; give us a few days. It might take a bogus-update on such a contact to get the sorting order right since we're using some cached values for that. Just adding and removing a telephone number would do the trick, or .. simply syncing can also work.)
I’m happy

Is this supposed to be working now? It doesn't seem working for me.
Also, how would I enter a multi-word company name that I want sorted by the first word and not treated as a persons name, sorted by the last word in the company name? -
Jan,
If there is no last name and no first name the contact will be stored under the company name. But it is not possible to sort by the last word in a multiple worded company name.
