Big Issues Syncing Outlook 2007 (using exchange) with Soocial
Syncing Outlook destroys my contacts ... after syncing 1057 contacts a 2nd time, and only change a name of a category, the "file as" field now has the company name, and I'm missing 30 contacts.
There is no "Job Title" field.
I somehow have extra contacts inside a category/group, but I can't tell which ones.
Additionally, I have category names with spaces in them, when I look at my contacts on Soocial site, I can't select the category/group and have it show only one group, it combines other groups that contain those words. If I search on the Soocial site for the actual category name, it doesn't work. The numbers in the group/category don't always match the number of contacts that have the group/cat.

I don't understand. Do you miss info in Outlook that is is Soocial? Or the other way around? You won't see it in in the Soocial contact list. But it does get send to other connection if they support it.
3. We did fix the search for groups with multiple words today.

Inappropriate?1) I read the "file as" temporary fix ... thx. That'll work for now.
2) I now understand that Soocial keeps the job title, but doesn't display it on the website. When doing the "file as" fix, the job title synced to Outlook. My initial reason I believed that it didn't store it, is that gmail contacts don't have the title filled in after syncing. None of the gmail records brought over title.
3) I see you fixed the groups with multiple words. That worked. I still have an issue that the site tells me I have 20 contacts in a group, but in Outlook there are only 18 contacts in the group, so when I go back to the site and count the contacts, there are only 18 in the group, but it tells me 20.
4) Most severe issue I'm having, I lost 20 contacts after syncing more than once. I had 1057 outlook contacts, and after 1st full sync, both outlook and soocial had 1057, but after 2nd sync, I had 1027 in both Outlook and Soocial.
Details:
* 20 of them from my "family" group are gone
* 1 was deduped by Soocial -- 2 contacts from one of my outlook groups was a duplicate in Outlook, but there's only one contact in Soocial
