i found your service very interesting and useful. But i can not get exactly your business model: you are putting a lot of effort in solving many issues, but how do you get your pay back? (should i pay the service in a next feature?) I'm becoming addicted of it. Please stop me before is too late.

that's a good question you're asking. A lot of effort and money is being put in Soocial so yes, we do expect a return on this investment in the near future! :)
Our ideas aren't set in stone yet, but we would like most people to be able to use Soocial for free. Expect to pay for advanced features or if you have thousands of contacts for the consumer version.
Our business products will be paid services. (business pay so a lot of consumers won't have to!)
