Yes, that is possible. When you go to http://www.soocial.com/tools you can download a complete backup in the .vcf format.
Just so you know, Microsoft/Outlook does not deal well with that format. It only imports the first Vcard. But you can use a service like http://labs.brotherli.ch/vcfconvert/ to convert it to a .csv file. -
