Contacts deleted from phone after trying to setup Soocial as exchange server on Windows Mobile Device Center
I added this to my WMDC as an exchange server but it deleted all my contacts and calendar appointments. I cannot find them anywhere on my pc or this website. i never had windows outlook installed on my computer they're gone!

Pat, I'm kind of confused what happened here. Soocial does not support Exchange at this time. Therefor a sync could never have happened.
I'm surprised that your phone deleted contacts AND calendars after an unsuccessful sync. That should never happen and seems like a problem with WMDC and not a Soocial bug/problem.
I hope this is not something that will deter you from using Soocial in the future but I don't see how our service could have caused this.

Sounds like bad stuff happening. In any case you can send your user name to support (at soocial dot com)
But what is WDMC and how did you add that? Soocial does not support calenders so how did they get deleted? Are you sure you are talking to the right company?

WDMC is windows mobile device center ( i spelled it wrong--supposed to be WMDC) there is an option to add an exchange server when you add a phone (according to instructions on this site) so i followed the instructions to add a phone but WMDC said it didn't recognize the site i entered in: http://sync.soocial.com and it said it didnt recognize it but i could proceed anyways with exchanging my information to and from this site. i checked this site and no contact information was updated, i checked my phone--all calendar and contacts were gone. i know its an issue with windows mobile because it happens to a lot of people (according to threads on the internet) however, they all can fix their problems because they have microsoft outlook--which there they can recover their files that were deleted. i didnt have outloook in the first place, thats why i picked this free site to try and see if i could store a list of my contacts somehwere just in case my phone died or something. instead, all my contacts were deleted! do you guys have a list of all my contacts? -
