Contacts marked as "work" for highrise sync deleted from Outlook
I marked about 100 contacts as "work" for syncing from Outlook to Highrise, but they are now missing from Outlook. They still appear in Highrise, and are still marked as "work."

Inappropriate?Paul,
I am quite puzzled about that. Doesn't make sense. I am wondering if they still are present in Outlook but not visible.
Where (in the webapp. or in Outlook) and when did you mark them as "work"?
I’m puzzled

Inappropriate?Bart,
Thanks for your reply :)
I think I see what happened. All of the contacts marked as "work" are now sorted by "first name, last name" instead of "last name, first name." Contacts not marked as "work" are still sorted "last name, first name."
I marked them as "work" at http://www.soocial.com/contacts by selecting one contact at a time, clicking "Edit", checking the "Work Contact" box, then clicking "Save."
I’m more hopeful

When did I mark them? Immediately after the first successful Outlook sync. -
Inappropriate?Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

we'll have to do some more research and figure out what is going on. It's definitely not behaviour we have seen before. Do you have any other groups in Outlook other than work? Could you send us a screenshot to support@soocial.com. Thanks for your patience!
