I'm having problems with duplicate and corrupted data.
Utter crap. I've tried multiple times to use this software and it does not work for me.
It can't even handle a simple sync between my own Address book and the Soocial web site. I restore my address book from a backup, empty my soocial account, do a sync and I only get duplicates and corrupted data.
Then the stupid side tracking into the getsatisfaction site, which requires a completely separate account and means that I can't give feedback on the blog and means that I've typed this twice now.
This is alpha software.

Sorry about the hassle. We are really sorry if we have messed up your data.
This is probaly caused by the OSX client not completing its sync. There is an issue that has started to occur a few weeks ago that causes the sync to end in an error stating:
"unexpected transition from pull to push"
There is actually a thread about that.

It is true that I get the 'unexpected pull to push' error. I'd highly recommend that you down grade your beta to alpha status or your reputation is going to be soon shot. -

we totally understand your frustration. We do advise you to turn OS X sync OFF for now, till we have deployed a fix. Alternatively we have a work around that I will post soon. -
