Field mapping between Soocial and Google is quite off?

Just set up Soocial. Attempting to bridge from Outlook -> Soocial -> Google Contacts (I then sync via NuevaSync to iPhone).

The first sync seems to work, and fast. But Soocial->Google is a mess with the field mapping. I don't know what's the time lapse for sync between Soocial and Google, but initially only a few contacts make the transition almost instantaneous. For the rest to go though I have to push for a "manual" sync on the Connections page.

But that's not the real issue. The issue I have is that the field mapping is quite off, it seems. "Business" phone numbers in Outlook correctly map to "Voice, Work" on Soocial, but then they go into "Other" in Google Contacts. Why? (Interesting then my NuevaSync sync maps the "Other" number to "Car" on my iPhone.)

Similarly, the first email address is mapped as "Other" in Google Contacts, or more alarmingly it actually is missing in Google Contacts, but it's in Soocial. That's when there is only one email address. The issue with multiple emails starts actually in Soocial. The first is 'blank'(?), the second gets assigned as "Home" and 3rd is "Work". That assignment actually seems to carry to Google, where the 'blank' one is assigned "Other."

"Company" phone number maps to "Pref, Work" (why?) but again to "Other" in Google.

Other issue is the display/sync(?) of non-US addresses. They get all screwed up from Outlook to Soocial already and then that get's carried over to Google. US addresses are fine. The addresses to continue to look good in Outlook though, but look horrible in Soocial.

The biggest issue for me so far is the missing emails, of course. Secondly would be to properly assign the business numbers and the business email addresses.

Lastly, as others have suggested before me, I would also appreciate a lot picture sync between Outlook and Google.
