Filter synchronisation per type of contacts on some devices

I personnaly have two types of contacts: personal and business. Today, I synchronise all my contacts on all my devices. I would like to be choose which type of contact should be on which device. For example, only personal contacts on my personal cell phone and both on my Macbook. The idea is simple:
- filter synchronisation per device per type of contact.
