Gmail not syncing, problem with addressbook?
First, this might be two separate problems, I don't know.
This all started a few days ago.
I added a connection with my mac addressbook.
First time, all synched well (at least I didn't notice anything strange)
Then Soocial deleted 30+ contacts from addressbook without replacing them (possibly duplicates)
Then Soocial deleted 300+ contacts from addressbook and added 200+ back.
Now, I have about a dozen contacts that originally existed only in my addressbook (before I connected to Soocial), that now exist only in Gmail.
I was hoping this was a weird glitch, and the next sync would bring them back from Gmail to Soocial to addressbook. But now, I can't get gmail to sync.
Starting after the server was down the other day, Gmail wasn't synching and the "Schedule a manual sync" dialog was greyed out (for Highrise as well). So, figuring it was just a glitch, I deleted the Gmail connection and then re-added it. Gmail has yet to perform the initial sync. This morning I set Gmail for a manual sync and that has not happened either (4-5 hours ago).
So, what's up?

Guess what. You contacts synced with Gmail for the first time. We actually had to implement a fix in our system for it to work for you.

Inappropriate?It's been 5 days now, and Gmail is still "Scheduled for manual sync" but hasn't actually done anything.
I’m waiting for Gmail to work again.

Sorry man. I didn't think that was still a problem since it was solved for me. And it seemed like the problem was solved for everybody. We had an issue with our job que but that should be solved. Could you please try one more time to remove the Gmail link and to add it again. It should work now. If not let me know then there is something wrong with your account but I don't think so. -

Inappropriate?I received the email from Soocial with my gmail backup in it today(4days after I deleted / added the connection), but soocial has still not synced with Gmail. The Gmail connection is still marked "Scheduled for Manual sync".

Inappropriate?On Oct 7th (5 days after I deleted and re-added the connection), I received the email backup of my Gmail contacts from Soocial. Since then, nothing has happened. I have added a contact directly in Soocial, which now appears on my Mac and in Highrise, but not in Gmail. I have also added several contacts in Gmail that do not appear in Soocial. Soocial currently shows 218 contacts, taking into account the contacts from Gmail which would get stuck in the filter, Soocial SHOULD be showing about 224.
On the Soocial connections page, the Gmail connection shows "Scheduled for Manual Sync". It has been that way since Oct 2nd (ten days).
What should I do?

Inappropriate?I have nearly the same problem. Only 122 (first time) or 125 (second try) of my about 160 contacts sync correctly with GMail. It's stuck at
"Created: Yesterday at 10:45 PM
Activated. First sync will take place within a few of hours."
