Google connection getting iGoogle not Google Apps account...
I'm able to setup a Gmail Sync but it only allows me to sync to my iGoogle account. I cannot navigate to my Google Apps account. To complicate things on the Google side, I have an iGoogle account with the exact same email address as my google apps account... yeah, confusing, I'm sure. How do I add a Gmail connection that points specifically to my google apps account?

Inappropriate?I tried login out but when I setup the Gmail connection, it sends me to the regular gmail to authorize the account. I don't have a choice to redirect it to my google apps account.
Yes, I originally had an account with Gmail setup with the same email address and then switched to Google Apps. When the Gmail connector tries to authenticate, it goes to that original Gmail account.

Inappropriate?Just to make sure, did you log out of both accounts? And it still doesn't show radio buttons where you can choose one or the other?
Maybe you can logout of your Gmail account and have your Gafyd account logged in?
Let me know how it goes.
I’m unsure what's going on!

Inappropriate?I did log out of both. But did not get radio buttons.
I also tried logging in to the Google Apps account only but it sends me to the regular gmail account.
puzzling. -
Inappropriate?Daniel,
Is there a manual way to give Soocial.com access to the account within Google Apps? -
Inappropriate?I guess people are still struggling with this.
Setting up a Google apps. account should not be any different than using a regular Gmail account.
- Make sure you don't just close the browser but actually log out of the account(s) you are logged in to.
- Log in with your account. If there is an account shown but that is not the one that you want to connect to use the "Choose another account" option.
Please let us know if that solves it for you! -
Inappropriate?I had the EXACT same problem. What I had to do was SIGN OUT of BOTH the google apps account, AND the igoogle account that had the same email and password. THEN I signed back into the GOOGLE APPS account ONLY, minimized the window, signed into soocial, deleted the gmail connection, created a new gmail connection....and at that point it went directly to the GOOGLE APPS radio button. I selected it, approved soocial as a connection, and now Im good to go. Kind of complicated, but it works now.

Thanks for that input jjallison1! -
Inappropriate? No problem, I just basically did what you said to do above; only I added signing into google apps first and minimizing the window. This service is GREAT! and the tech support is top notch and speedy.
