Highrise does not export if there's over 100 contacts...
If Highrise has over 100 contacts, it emails you the list and does not produce it from the web. I've gotten over 20 such emails while Soocial tries to sync.
Are you aware of this problem? Is this by design? And is there a workaround or anything I can do to help?

Sorry about the trouble. What's probably going on is that our Highrise Connection is tripping on one of your contacts in Highrise.
What is does behind the scenes is the following:
1. It succesfully gets all your Highrise contacts and makes a backup.
2. It stores the backup in Soocial and then emails the backup to you to make sure you actually have a backup before we start anything.
3. It loops over your contacts and adds them to Soocial one by one.
If something goes wrong in step 3 the whole job is considered to have failed and it'll attempt it again at a later stage.
You could help us identify the problem by emailing us your Soocial username so we can have a look at your specific connection to see how we can fix it.

Yeah, it's supposed to do all contacts successfully, however we have been having some issues with Highrise - If you are having trouble email us your username at support@soocial.com and we'll see if we can find out what's happening.
