Highrise sync?
Highrise sync is disabled, with no more information as to why or when it will be available again. Blog posts and other support messages seem to indicate it's an on again / off again thing. When will it be available again? What kind of issues are there? (Can I use it dependably and reliably?)

Inappropriate?Henry, I guess the message in the connection screen says a lot.
37signals provides an API for Highrise that we connect to. Soocial has been requested to not use that because they find we don't do things right. Unfortunately they do not seem to want to help us do it improve the way we do things. We are still hoping for communication to get better and for us to be able to work together with 37signals to be able to make each others products of more use to more people.
I’m sad we can't provide access to the Highrise contacts at the moment.

Inappropriate?Dang it... Come on 37signals... the first step in any good CRM is to get the contact data into the CRM... Outlook vcard export takes too many steps... I need my contact data in Outlook as well as Highrise... Why is that so difficult to understand

Hi David, we agree that it is frustrating. The best thing to do to remain constructive for both us and 37signals is to send them a polite email requesting syncing with Soocial. We hope they will respond to these emails and allow us to sync or at worst to do a read-only sync.
