Inappropriate? My sync worked perfectly with my Sony Ericsson, but I'm having difficulty making it work with my Nokia N70. It says:
1. Connecting
2. Initialising
3. Sync Incompl.
4. Connection error
Message no. 3 above is shown only for a half a second. My user name is tim@io41 (of course add .com to the end of that) in case there is any useful information to be seen in the logs.
Many thanks!!

Tim, did you enter all the settings right? I can't see any logs for that phone in your account. Username right? Server version 1.1? Can you list your settings here? -
Inappropriate?I have a Nokia 3110 and it doesn't allow manual setup - the sync settings need to come via SMS - is the SMS setup service going to be back anytime soon?

Inappropriate?I have used several other SyncML services but cannot seem to get Soocial to work on my Motorola RAZR v3xx though it works fine with three other services. Arjun Kumar Parsi refers to the ./contacts "Remote Database" and that seems promising as a "Data Path" for this phone but with or without the ./ (other services generally use simply "contacts" or "card" it seems to crash my phone (to the point that I must remove the battery to reset it).

Inappropriate? Can someone tell me how I can setup my Pantech Slate C530 to sync with my contacts in Soocial?
-
Seems to be windows mobile. We don't have a client for that yet. -
Inappropriate?Does snyc work with Sprint Centro?
-
No, no Palm OS support yet. -
Inappropriate?I have a Motorola V3. In the manual setup, there is no setting for Ports, however there is one for Data Paths. Can anyone help me set my phone up?
-
Ports will automatically grab port 80 so you should be fine, the datapaths are ignored and actually one of the dumbest settings engineers could have put in the phone. Have you been able to sync this phone with Soocial yet? -
Inappropriate?I'm using an LG scoop, is there a way for me to do this?
-
Hi Ethan, can you specify which Scoop it is? If it's the LG CU320 then you should be able to sync with Soocial. However you will have to set it up manually - somewhere in your phone the settings mentioned above should be filled-in and you should have a working internet connection on the phone. Drop us a line if you were able to sync! -
Inappropriate?I'm using a Moto q9 m and have been reading on how to do this. all im trying to do is find something that will sync my contacts to my pc in case my phone dies. i've tried outlook mobile and nothing works. i downloaded soocial and followed the instructions on windows mobile to enter in the required info. but it says it cannot connect to the server and none of my contacts are sync to my soocial page.can anyone help?
-
Pat, unfortunately we do not support Windows Mobile at this point. There is an application available that will enable this. But it is not free:
