Inappropriate?!Attention! The syncml client in this tip is not free of change. You will have to purchase it to use it past the 30 days trial period!
We are not completely sure for what devices this works. But you can try it out and if it works for you we would love to hear back from you. This was actually posted bu a user in this thread. So all the credit goes to LittleLoveCoach.

1. I found SyncML for my Palm Centro, even though soocial said SyncML wasn't supported. That was here: http://www.ucl.ac.uk/is/diary/sync/sy...
2. I installed it OTA in 2 minutes.
3. I went to the manual Soocial install tip here: http://getsatisfaction.com/soocial/to...
4. I added that, and hit "Start Sync" on my phone. And it WORKED!
I’m not too happy with users having to pay for the client.

Inappropriate? Thanks for the info for the Palm Centro. For the price, I am going to have to think about if it is really worth it. It seems my palm is smart enough that, even if the person is not in my contacts; it remembers who I sent email to and can default them when I start typing the first few letters. This would only be helpful for phone numbers. My problem with Palm, is even the provided desktop client for cradling on the mac and outlook does not sync contacts. It errors - looks like Palm still has issues with their own software they provide.
I’m Frustrated - Palm, there own software does not work. you have to pay for something that may still have bugs

You should at least be able to try out the client for 30 days. Then you can make a decision based on how well it works or how useful it is for you! -
Inappropriate? There is a free SyncML client available for Palm OS called Funambol. A lot more users could enjoy Soocial's services if they can (I'm not able to get it work on my Palm TX) perform synchronization with this client!

Funambol might actually be useful for some other devices too. We will soon start to teach our servers to properly talk to funambol. Thanks for the suggestion! -
That's great news!! Keep up the good works!
