In the Soocial Prefpane you can set how often the client syncs:

- every 30 minutes
- every 2 hours
- daily

- manually

The default setting is every 2 hours.

Er... Maybe I'm being dumb but what PrefPane? I can't find anywhere that allows me to set the sync intervals for my connections!

You know where to find the system preferences right?

There is a Soocial Icon there at the bottom.

If you click on it you should see the settings. In the middle you can set the sync interval.
