Soocial is available in every country as long as you have an internet connection.
However, the sms configuration message that sets up your phone is only available for the following countries (this list will grow quickly)
Australia
Belgium
France
Germany
Italy
Spain
The Netherlands
United Kingdom
United Status
Canada
and New Zealand.
If you don't reside in one of these countries fear not, you can manually setup your phone to do this.

Inappropriate?I have just successfully got my Nokia e61 to synchronise using the above instructions. It is worth noting however that the default server needs to be v1.1 not v1.2 in order for it to sync successfully.

Unfortunately we can't send that setting in the configuration message. We are working on supporting 1.2 soon too. That will solve this issue! -
