K850i on T-Mobile UK cannot sync

Hi,

I can set up the connection automatically and it all looks ok as per manual settings but I get the error message "Soocial Session Failed Communication interupted" when I start a sync.

There is very little debug info in these phones and I can use the phone broswer to connect to see the page sync.soocial.com (it gives me a :-) back) Any ideas?

This is a k850i on T mobile UK using their web'n'walk service settings.
