Manually Setting up Nokia N70 (and othe S60 2nd Ed. Fp. 3 Phones)
Hy I have problems setting up my N70 phone for soocial. My Seetings are -> Sync profile name: Soocial, Data bearer: Web, Host Address: http://sync.soocial.com, Port: 80, Allow sync requests: Yes, Accept all syn requests: Yes, Contacts -> Yes, Remote Database: ./contacts, Synchronization Type: To Server only. But when i try to sync i get the Msg -> Invalid Server Version. Any Idea what's wrong?

Inappropriate?Hi there,
If you get the error "System error", or "Invalid server version" you need the correct server version 1.1 AND you need to set the synchronisation type to 'Both ways'.
For some phones when you get "Invalid server version" you need to change the option of the Server version to 1.1. On other phones the error you get is 'System error'. However this error message can also mean that the wrong synchronisation type is being used. Fix it by changing the sync type from 'One way' to 'Both ways' as Soocial currently only supports a full two way sync.
In order to change this on Nokia phones do the following:
1. Select Menu > Tools > Sync
2. Select 'Soocial' > Edit sync profile
3. Select Applications > Contacts > Synchronisation type
4. Set 'Synchronisation type' to Both ways
I’m glad we found this obscure problem

When I select 'both ways' on my Sony Ericsson W950i I still get the version error. But I can not find a setting to change the version used. Are there other solutions that might help? -
