Missing contacts with only a title or company name in gmail after sync

Thank you for a great product. I started by syncing from outlook 2003 to soocial. Worked great, removed duplicates and did not sync outlook groups. I currently have 190 contacts in outlook and 189 contacts in soocial. The missing contact in soocial is an outlook group. So far, so good. Then I synced to gmail. I deleted all my existing gmail contacts before the sync. It only synced 114 contacts. So I did some digging. I understand that gmail will not sync contacts with the same number or email address. This is not my problem (at least I don't think). It looks like you are not syncing contacts with ONLY a title or ONLY a company populated. Can someone help look at this for me? p.s. I still need to clean up my contacts, so now making fun of them. :-)
