Moving contacts to groups on Mac created duplicates in Gmail
I recently started using groups in my Mac address book and moved all of my contacts to groups. When I synced Soocial, I ended up having duplicates and sometimes triplicates of every contact in my address book in GMail. The result is GMail has one of every contact in no group and one of every contact in the group according to how I created them on my Mac.

Inappropriate?jakirkham,
I was able to reproduce the error. But I did not see a duplication of the contacts. Just a duplication of the groups. Do you agree on that or do you actually heve duplicate contacts because of this?
You can check by picking one contact that got in to a duplicate group and then checking of there is a multiple version of it by clicking on "all contacts" en see if it show if multiple times there. -
Inappropriate? No, I actually have a duplication of contacts. What seems to happen is there is one in GMail that will just be in My Contacts and then one for each group that contact was added to. I am sure of this as I went to all contacts and had to merge about 500 or more occurrences.
