multiple problems

Thanks for your feedback. And for sticking with Soocial so far. We want Soocial to be hassle free but we are not there yet. I'll answer your questions one by one

"- GMail contacts with only an emailaddress are synced with my phone, this is annoying, because now everybody that sends me an email ends up in my phone"

The Gmail sync is limited by Gmails API. We had to work around the way Gmail set it up. Gmail released a new API about two weeks ago. We have been working on implementing that in Soocial. We are not there yet. It will probably solve this.

"- when adding a contact on my phone/laptop, Soocial deletes it on the next sync, this is for me a very frequent use case."

If Soocial deletes contact then something is seriously wrong and we need to look in to it. That is the last thing we want to happen. Would you please send your username to support (at soocial dot com) and give us a bit of insight to when this last happened?

"- I store my phone numbers in a international format, when syncing with outlook the + is removed from the number, but this could also be an outlook problem."

We are close to releasing the Beta version of our Outlook client that should solve this issue.

"- Duplicates are not removed, The same name, the same number but one classified as other and the other as mobile are not recognized as being duplicate"

That is expected behavior. As said we don't want contacts or details to be deleted. That' is why we are very careful with combining apparent duplicates. We are soon releasing a feature in the webapp. that will suggest possible duplicates and lets the user decide if they need to be merged.

"- To delete a contact it seems I have to delete them from all places at the same time. "

That is not supposed to happen either and needs to be investigated. We need a bit more info on when this has happened too.
