My contact pre- and surname got mixed up
I updated my Gmail connection yesterday.
The next Sync left me with about 813 contacts, even though I only have about 410 in my Gmail contacts - the rest are duplicates.
The Program somehow got confused about the names with family name and given name in the wrong place.
please note that i use a german/swiss gmail account - probably there is a difference in contact names?

Inappropriate?Hey Tate83,
Seems like you are using the "Last name First name " order for your Google contacts. That does not work in combination with Soocial. Google has a very simple way of storing the name field. We do not know what is first and what is last. We do assume the first word is First name and the last word is Last name. Everything in the middle is additional/middle name.
Until Google splits up the name field in to separate parts we can not change that behavior. Hope you have some backups to recover from. -
