I have the same problem using my E65 . When I sync with Soocial I get first
') we don't understand. Sorry we could not add it to your soocial contacts.
Then I get
System error
and the sync stops.
I have tried to find which contact could be causing this error (which I assume is from you).

I have had the same problem. Support have told which contacts are causing a problem and I have deleted them each time but I still get the problem. I have had a long running email conversation with support who keep thinking its over by telling me which contact it is failing on, only to have it fail again after removing that contact. Good luck -
Linus, we do need your username for this. You can send it to support (at soocial dot com) It might take some e-mail traffic like max said. We solved this for other users before though.

Linus, you are trying to sync contacts with pictures in it. We don't support those yet......

Ah, I thought they would just be ignored. That's a pity - no phone sync for me then :(. I guess iSync and then addressbook sync with Soocial will have to do in the meantime. Does this create duplication issues usually?
