N95 syncing problems
I want to use Soocial for the first time, I received the programm on my Nokia N95. When I want to sync it, it stops around 120/140 of 337 and reports the following:
') we don't understand. Sorry we could not add it to your contacts.
Is there a problem with some data in one of my contacts?
The contacts have been synced before with iSync and Mac AddressBook.
Please help me, the product solution looks very promising.

Well, I think I know what is going wrong. The Contact that is causing the error has a picture in it. We don't deal with that well yet. I'll send the details for the contact that is causing this to your e-mail address.
Any other contact with a picture that comes after this will probably cause the same behavior....

I was also having this problem: It would sync 20 of my contacts then give me that error.
After following Barts advice it then would sync to 40.
I then went trough my contacts and deleted all the notes I had on my contacts and the whole things syncs perfectly now.
Only other thing was my Nokia N95 8GB shows up as a brick, but I guess that's quite accurate...

What you experience with the brick is know by s as the "two phones bug" We are aware of it. We will fix it soon. You can delete the one that never synced. It won't destroy anything. -

I have noticed however that even though the process completes successfully, not all my contacts are being synced. It says everything went fine and that all my contacts were processed, but then when I come onto Soocial there are only about 70% of my contacts on the system.
It has successfully added contacts from Gmail to my phone however.

Seem like some of your contacts are stuck in Soocial. The fastest way to fix it is to reset Soocial: www.soocial.com/backups and then the "reset" tab.
After that sync with your phone. Soocial should do a fresh import then of all your contacts.

Inappropriate?Hi - I am getting this problem too. I have checked through all my contacts and I don't think any of them have a photo (or notes).
Unfortunately the error message doesn't tell you which contact it has a problem with!
What's the best way of fixing this? Can you tell me which contact is causing the problem?

Phil, we did implement a fix yesterday that might solve it. If you run in to the same problem you can mail us at support (at soocial dot com) with your user name.
