Names in Most Spanish Speaking Countries
In certain spanish speaking countries (like Spain, Peru) people will always use two surnames (father's mother's) Not everybody has a second name but it is common.
This mixes up Soocial AND Outlook as they always take the second surname and put it as First Name and the First Surname as Second Middle Name.
When entering contacts is much more likely that the Second Given Name (as it usually is not included in business cards) is missing, so that most times if 3 words are in a contact Name. The first is First given Name, Second is First Surname and 3 is Second Surname

Inappropriate?Hey Franklin,
Gmail is guilty here. A Gmail name field is one text field, we do some magic to split it when we import that field to Soocial.
This is how we do it:
First word - first name
Last word - last name
Everything in the middle - middle name.
We do understand that does not work for everybody. But it works for the majority of the names. I guess the Spanish speaking countries are an exception there.
I would suggest using a dash or an underscore to connect the two last names.
