Inappropriate?Owen,
No, sorry. Right now you can't. We should make this able within a few weeks. For you the sync error is not caused by a picture but by a broken contact. This should be fixed by n update we are doing beginning of next week.

Inappropriate?I am currently getting this error on my E71 - has the fix been put in place yet? If not, I will wait and try again when the update is live.

Inappropriate?Same here on a Sony Ericsson Z310a.

Inappropriate? After I noticed missing contacts and deleted my phone connection on Soocial and trying to sync again I get the same error.
Willing to send you my details via e-mail if that helps.
I’m sad it doesn't work anymore
-
Inappropriate?I originally had this problem - it was caused by a contact with no name (just a business name - created by Google Maps) and contacts with badly formed email addresses (caused by a dodgy GooSync sync).
However when I did my syncronisation - copies of all the badly formed contacts were added back onto the phone (from Gmail) meaning that the syncronisation crashed again.
Surely Soocial shouldn't be creating records that are going to crash itself?
I’m a little frustrated

This sounds a lot like my own setup, will have a look, thanks. -
Inappropriate?I sent my username and description of this problem to support at soocial dot com. i got a response telling me exactly which contact was causing my problem and how to fix it.
I’m thankful
