Outlook agent/client crashes
When I install the Outlook client and synchronize, it crashes at the end (after it says ###/###, so it seems to complete, but my Connections settings still show "You have not synchronized with this Outlook agent yet"). I'm not sure how to gather any debug information, but I simply get the "has encountered a problem and needs to close" message.

Did a quick check. You have lots of pictures. That should not make outlook sync crash. I tried it out with a few contacts. It does generate errors but the sync does complete.
What Outlook version and OS are you using?

I do have a lot of pictures in my Outlook and Gmail contacts, and for what it's worth Soocial reports that I have 476 contacts when it tries to synchronize.
I'm using Outlook 2007 on Windows XP SP3. Any other debug information I can gather for you? -
Inappropriate?Same kind of problem here. I'm using Vista Ultimate and Outlook 2007 Enterprise. Downloaded the Outlook Sync soocial client, added my details.
Upon trying to sync, I first get a message that Soocial requires a full sync and that this may take several minutes. Fine with me, hit ok. Then .... nothing .... until I get a Windows error that Soocial has stopped working and that Window is determining the error.
I do make contact with Soocial, because the connection has appeared in my Soocial account. It just says that I've never synched via this connection before. I don't have any images in my account since my iPhone won't let me synch those.
