Outlook duplicated contact when synced
Each time i sync soocial with my outlook the contacts that are already in my outlook get duplicated. The contacts in my gmail and soocial account only are not duplicated. Is there something i can change to prevent it from doing this?

Inappropriate?Brian, I had a quick look at your account. What is happening is that for some reason the Outlook sync is not finishing correctly. Every time it syncs it si starting over. It does receive the contacts from Soocial and adds them. That is why in Outlook the contacts are duplicating.
We will have to do some more research to see what is happening to why your specific Outlook isn't finishing but we will contact you via email directly about that.

I have exactly the same problem. Outlook sync in not finishing, and the number of contacts growth after every sync attempt. -

My contacts in Outlook kept duplicating.
Now I even have multiple entries in Soocial.
The duplicates found there way into my google contacts database.
The google contacts database now has multiple repeats of the same group names.

sorry for the hassle of the duplicate contacts. We found out the Outlook sync was crashing, this was causing the sync not to finish.
We did a whole load of updates to our servers last week. Seems to fix the issue. Please try again if it works now.
If you have dupes, you might want to try running the deduper from the https://www.soocial.com/tools page.

Duplicates are no longer produced, but after couple of sync attempts I still see "You have not synchronized with this Outlook client yet." status. -

Inappropriate?It doen ́t crash. Duplicates only in Outlook, no duplicates in Gmail nor Soocial. Only those 2 connections. Can SOOCIAL unmark this as SOLVED??
