Outlook has at least 4 of each contact

Outlook sync is not working correctly. It will come up with 2 connections in Soocial and I now have at least 4 of each contact in outlook, but they don't show as duplicates in Soocial. Gmail sync appears to be working correctly. What can I do to fix it?
