Outlook Sync - Verification Error
Just downloaded and installed the latest Outlook sycn client. Each time I try to login I get "Verification Failed". I'm able to login at the site so I know the login works. Any ideas?

You need to uninstall the old version first. At this point:
1. Unistall the client from the Add/Remove Software page.
2. Make sure the Soocial folder is removed in:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\"user"\Application Data
VISTA: C\users\"user"\AppData\Roaming
3. Install the new version.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had uninstalled the old version. I did the uninstall/reinstall again, this time making sure that folder was deleted. Same problem.
I'm using Outlook 2003 on XP Pro. If you need additional information let me know.

Inappropriate?So far, it doesn't appear all fields are syncing correctly. Some contacts work numbers are getting synced as "company" in Outlook, but they are marked "work" in Soocial. Some numbers listed as "Other" in Soocial are also syncing to "Company" in outlook.
I'll let you know if I notice anything else.
