(RESOLVED) Outlook Verification Fail (not a reinstall, removing connection doesn't help)

Outlook fails verification, latest plugin first-time-install.

Symptons: "Verification Fail" followed by a large number of (very irritating) "Looks like we have an authentication problem ...." dialogs.

Things I have done to fix:

(1) Changed email to all lower case, reentered into login info.
(2) Removed the Unknown Device from My Connections and tried again.

Win 7 x64, Outlook 2k7 SP2, Soocal Plugin 0.9.104

edit: There is nothing listed for me under www.soocial.com/connections

edit2: Apparently changing the email to lower case didn't take the first time. Did it again, works now. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a large red banner on the outlook sync page telling people not to use capital letters in their email address!
