Overview with all changes after last backup

Would be nice if Soocial keeps track of all contacts that have been added of changed after the last backup, so that you know exactly what will be lost if you restore the latest backup. And that I can see those in an overview, print it or write those down.

Woud be even better to click on a button and save a .vcf file with just these latest add's/changes.
