Problem with prefix

While syncing my Mac contact's with my Gmail I found this problem. A name like "Linda den Hartog" in Gmail is not editable in Soocial. I do see the full name but when I click the first name is only 'Linda' and the last name is 'Hartog' there is no edit option for 'den'.

And secondly is there a way to orden my last names auto-magic-ly with formats like [First Last, prefix] or [First, prefix, Last] or something?
